Pizza Crust (James')

Ingredients:
2 1/4 t. active dry yeast
1 c. warm water
2 T. olive oil
1 t. sugar
1/4 t. salt
2 1/2 c. white flour
Corn meal
Directions:
In large mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water.
Add the oil, sugar, salt and flour, 1/2 c. at a time, mixing between additions.
Lightly dust pizza round(s) with cornmeal.
Press dough on pizza round(s), building up edges slightly.
Prick with fork and bake in preheated 425º oven for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned.
Spread pizza sauce on top and add toppings; bake 10-15 minutes longer.

1 pizza crust
