Ham, Spinach and Tomato Wraps



  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 3 T. sweet onion, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 medium uncooked flour tortillas, prepared
  • 12 slices ham
  • 1 c. spinach leaves, shredded
  • 12 large, thin slices of tomato


  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and onions; stir.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Lay the tortillas out and spread 1 Tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture on each of them.
  4. Put two pieces of ham on each tortilla and spread the remaining cream cheese mixture on top of the ham.
  5. Place two slices of tomato on each wrap.
  6. Divide the shredded spinach among the tortillas and tightly roll each tortilla into a cylinder, ending with the seam side down.

Servings: Makes 6 wraps.
