Ham, Spinach and Tomato Wraps
Ingredients:
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 3 T. sweet onion, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 medium uncooked flour tortillas, prepared
- 12 slices ham
- 1 c. spinach leaves, shredded
- 12 large, thin slices of tomato
Directions:
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and onions; stir.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Lay the tortillas out and spread 1 Tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture on each of them.
- Put two pieces of ham on each tortilla and spread the remaining cream cheese mixture on top of the ham.
- Place two slices of tomato on each wrap.
- Divide the shredded spinach among the tortillas and tightly roll each tortilla into a cylinder, ending with the seam side down.
Servings: Makes 6 wraps.
