Ingredients:

  • Cooking oil
  • 3/4 - 1 lb. pork, cut in bite-sized pieces
  • Flour
  • 1/4 c. dehydrated onion
  • 1/4 t. garlic powder
  • 1 t. cumin
  • 1 t. oregano
  • 2 1/2 - 3 c. chicken broth
  • 3 red potatoes, sliced
  • 1 can diced green chiles

Directions:

  1. Lightly coat pork with flour.
  2. Put cooking oil in pot; add meat and cook on medium heat until browned.
  3. Add onion, chicken broth, oregano, cumin and garlic to meat.
  4. Add potatoes and green chiles to mixture of meat and spices.
  5. Bring to a boil; then simmer on low heat until potatoes are tender (30-45 minutes).

Servings: Serves 6.
