Ingredients:
- Cooking oil
- 3/4 - 1 lb. pork, cut in bite-sized pieces
- Flour
- 1/4 c. dehydrated onion
- 1/4 t. garlic powder
- 1 t. cumin
- 1 t. oregano
- 2 1/2 - 3 c. chicken broth
- 3 red potatoes, sliced
- 1 can diced green chiles
Directions:
- Lightly coat pork with flour.
- Put cooking oil in pot; add meat and cook on medium heat until browned.
- Add onion, chicken broth, oregano, cumin and garlic to meat.
- Add potatoes and green chiles to mixture of meat and spices.
- Bring to a boil; then simmer on low heat until potatoes are tender (30-45 minutes).
