Ingredients:

  • 9" Oreo cookie crust
  • 2 c. heavy cream, whipped
  • 7 1/2 oz. jar Marshmallow Cream
  • 1 t. mint extract
  • 6 drops green food coloring
  • 15 Andes mints, chopped

Directions:

  1. In large bowl, stir whipped cream into marshmallow cream.
  2. Stir in mint extract and food coloring.
  3. Fold in the chopped mints.
  4. Spoon into crust.
  5. Freeze until firm, at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Frozen pie will be firm, but not hard.

Servings: Makes one 9
