Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 4 sticks (2 c. ) butter, melted
  • 4 c. sugar
  • 8 eggs
  • 4 t. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. cocoa
  • 3 c. flour

Directions:

  1. In large bowl, mix together melted butter and sugar.
  2. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
  3. Add cocoa; mix well.
  4. Add flour; mix well.
  5. Pour into greased, floured cookie sheet.
  6. Cook for 20 minutes in 375º preheated oven.
  7. Cool before cutting.

Servings: Makes 1 cookie sheet (1/2 recipe fits 9x13-inch pan).
