Stuffing (Crock Pot)

 

Ingredients:

  • 14-15 c. dried bread cubes
  • 3 stalks celery, chopped fine
  • 1/2 lg. onion, chopped fine
  • 2 t. sage
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 1/2 t. pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • 12 T. butter, melted

Note: May substitute millet bread or cornbread for up to half of the bread.

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except butter; mix well.
  2. Add butter and toss well.
  3. Put in crock pot and cook for 4-5 hours on Low or 1 hour on High plus 2 hours on Low.

Servings: Serves 10-12.
