Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lb. steak, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- Oil
- Soy sauce
- 12 oz. linguini noodles, cooked and drained
Sauce
- 3 T. soy sauce
- 1/4 t. sugar
- 2 T. oil
- 1 t. arrowroot or cornstarch
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 t. ground ginger
Directions:
- Brown meat in small amount of oil and soy sauce; remove from pan and set aside.
- Saute onions and peppers in small amount of oil and soy sauce; remove from pan and set aside.
- Fry cook noodles in a small amount of oil and soy sauce.
- Mix meat and vegetables into noodles.
