Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lb. steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • Oil
  • Soy sauce
  • 12 oz. linguini noodles, cooked and drained

Sauce

  • 3 T. soy sauce
  • 1/4 t. sugar
  • 2 T. oil
  • 1 t. arrowroot or cornstarch
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 t. ground ginger

Directions:

  1. Brown meat in small amount of oil and soy sauce; remove from pan and set aside.
  2. Saute onions and peppers in small amount of oil and soy sauce; remove from pan and set aside.
  3. Fry cook noodles in a small amount of oil and soy sauce.
  4. Mix meat and vegetables into noodles.

Servings: Serves 6.
