Garlic Butter Shrimp

  • 1 lb. large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 T. olive oil
  • 2 T. butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 t. lemon juice


  1. Toss shrimp with salt and pepper.
  2. In small bowl, combine butter, garlic, and lemon juice.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; add shrimp and cook 1-2 minutes.
  4. Flip shrimp over, add butter and cook 2-3 minutes more or until just cooked through.
