Ingredients:

Sauce:

  • 24 oz. tomato sauce
  • 2 T. dehydrated onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 t. each dried oregano, dried basil
  • 1/2 t. garlic powder

Chicken

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, pounded thin
  • 1 T. olive oil
  • 1/4 t. each dried basil, oregano, garlic powder, salt
  • 1/2 t. each pepper, paprika

Other:

  • Hot spaghetti noodles
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Parmesan cheese, shredded

Directions:

Sauce:

  1. Add tomato sauce, garlic, and spices into sauce pan and mix well.
  2. Simmer until ready to serve.

Chicken:

  1. Put chicken in a large plastic container.
  2. In small bowl, mix oil and spices to thoroughly cover chicken with spice/oil mixture.
  3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes (may marinate longer or not at all).
  4. Heat grill to High.
  5. After putting chicken on grill, turn to Low heat, and grill covered, for 6-8 minutes.
  6. Turn; grill for another 6-8 minutes.
  7. Cut chicken into strips.

Assembly:

  1. Layer on each plate: spaghetti, chicken strips, sauce, mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese.
