Chicken Thighs (Oven Basted)

 

Ingredients:

  • Chicken thighs (bone in, skin on)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Place chicken thighs in oven safe casserole dish, skin side up.
  2. Sprinkle thighs with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 30 minutes.
  4. Take out dish and baste chicken thighs with the chicken fat.
  5. Return to oven for another 30 minutes. Repeat basting.
  6. Return to oven for another 30 minutes. Serve.
