Bison Roast (Crock-Pot)



  • 3 lb. bison roast
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil


  1. Sprinkle salt and pepper on roast.
  2. In heavy skillet, brown roast in olive oil on both sides.
  3. Transfer to Crock-Pot and add 1 c. water.
  4. Cook for 6 hours on LOW.
