Bison Roast (Crock-Pot)

Ingredients:
3 lb. bison roast
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil
Directions:
Sprinkle salt and pepper on roast.
In heavy skillet, brown roast in olive oil on both sides.
Transfer to Crock-Pot and add 1 c. water.
Cook for 6 hours on LOW.
