Barbecue Country Ribs (Crock-Pot)

 

Ingredients:

  • 4 large country ribs
  • ⅜ c. ketchup
  • ½ T. molasses
  • 1 t. avocado oil
  • 1 t. brown sugar or maple syrup
  • ½ t. red chili powder   
  • ¼ t. garlic powder
  • ¼ t. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:

  1. Place ribs in Crock-Pot.
  2. Turn on Low for 8-10 hours.
  3. In small bowl, combine all other ingredients; mix well.
  4. Pour sauce over ribs.
  5. Cook additional 30 minutes.

Servings: Serves 4-6
