Hashbrown Potato Casserole

 

Ingredients:

  • 24 oz or 8 c. frozen hash brown potatoes, COMPLETELY THAWED
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. margarine or butter, melted
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 c. chopped onions

Directions:

  1. Mix together all ingredients except potatoes.
  2. Add potatoes and mix thoroughly.
  3. Bake at 350º for 30 to 40 minutes or until bubbly.

Servings: Makes 9x13-inch pan.
