Ingredients:
- ¼ c. butter, cubed
- 4 eggs
- ½ c. flour
- ½ c. milk
- ¼ t. vanilla
- pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425° and put butter in a 10” cast iron pan. Put pan in oven to melt butter.
- Mix the remaining ingredients together until well combined.
- Pour over the melted butter. Do not stir.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes
