Salmon (In Cream Sauce)

 

Ingredients:

  • 4 fillets
  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 1 t. dried thyme
  • 1 t. dill

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. Place salmon fillets in single layer in small baking dish.
  3. Pour cream over fillets.
  4. Sprinkle thyme and dill over cream.
  5. Bake for about 15 minutes, until fish flakes easily.

Servings: 4 fillets
