Salmon or Mahi Mahi (Grilled)

 

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon or Mahi Mahi fillets
  • 2 T. butter
  • 1 T. avocado oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 t. dried parsley
  • 1 t. basil
  • 3 T. lemon joice
  • dill to taste
  • ½ t. salt
  • pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. In small saucepan, heat all ingredients except for salmon fillets.
  2. Pour sauce over fillets and marinate for about 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill on High for 5 minutes.
  4. Turn grill down to Medium.
  5. Grill salmon fillets skin side down for 15-20 minutes until salmon flakes. (For Mahi Mahi, grill for 6-7 minutes per side.)

Servings: 4 fillets
