Salmon or Mahi Mahi (Grilled)
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon or Mahi Mahi fillets
- 2 T. butter
- 1 T. avocado oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 t. dried parsley
- 1 t. basil
- 3 T. lemon joice
- dill to taste
- ½ t. salt
- pepper to taste
Directions:
- In small saucepan, heat all ingredients except for salmon fillets.
- Pour sauce over fillets and marinate for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill on High for 5 minutes.
- Turn grill down to Medium.
- Grill salmon fillets skin side down for 15-20 minutes until salmon flakes. (For Mahi Mahi, grill for 6-7 minutes per side.)
Servings: 4 fillets
