Ingredients:
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 3/4 c. milk
1 T. maple syrup
6 T. unsalted butter, melted
2 c. whole Kamut flour
1 T. baking powder
dash of salt (opt.)
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together until just moistened.
Pour ¾ c. butter into pre-heated waffle iron.
Cook for 3 minutes.

Makes six 6 1/2 inch waffles
