Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 T. maple syrup
  • 6 T. unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 c. whole Kamut flour
  • 1 T. baking powder
  • dash of salt (opt.)

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together until just moistened.
  2. Pour ¾ c. butter into pre-heated waffle iron.
  3. Cook for 3 minutes.

Servings: Makes six 6 1/2 inch waffles
