Busy Day Chicken

This recipe has been adapted from Six Ingredients or Less Chicken cookbook by Carlean Johnson


  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. finely crushed Ritz crackers
  • 2 c. butter or margarine, melted


  1. Dip both sides of chicken in sour cream and then in cracker crumbs to coat.
  2. Place on baking sheet and drizzle butter over top.
  3. Bake at 375º for 45 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp. Note: If using flattened chicken breasts, decrease cooking time to 25 minutes.

Servings: Serves 4.
