Quinoa (Soaked & Cooked in Rice Cooker)



  • 5 scoops (3/4 c./scoop) soaked quinoa*
  • Water
  • Dash of salt (opt.)

Note: * Soak quinoa in water and 1 T. vinegar for 7+ hours or overnight.


  1. Rinse quinoa and put in rice cooker.
  2. Add water to the 4 c. line.
  3. Use white rice setting to cook.

Note: May freeze extras in Ziploc baggies.
