Waffles (Betty Crocker®)

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. olive oil
  • 1 c. white flour
  • 1 c. wheat flour
  • 4 t. baking powder
  • 1 T. sugar
  • Dash of salt

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together until just moistened.
  2. Pour 1/2 c. butter into pre-heated waffle iron.
  3. Cook for 3 minutes.

Servings: Makes six 6 1/2 inch waffles.
