Salsa - Carole's

Ingredients:

  • 3 jalepeno peppers
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/3 - 1/2 bunch of cilantro (take off stems)
  • 1 can Rotel
  • 1 medium can of spanish style tomatoes
  • 1 medium can regular tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup water
  • salt to taste

Directions:

  1. Boil peppers in water for approx. 10 minutes. Drain, pull off stems (can take out seeds if desired). Put peppers, garlic, onion in food processor, blend to desired size. Add remaining ingredients and blend. Make 24 hours ahead.
