Ingredients:
- 16-17 medium tomatoes
- 2 white onions
- 1 can green chilies (7 oz)
- 7 drained jalepenos
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cracked pepper
- 2 Tbsp. bottled lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. cayenne peppers
Directions:
- Cook 30 minutes, if really juicy cook longer. Put into hot jars. Put into hot water bath (45 minutes).
Servings: 6 pints
