  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 box puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 pint blueberries


  1. Preheat oven to 400º. Place the cream cheese in a small bowl and stir until smooth.
  2. Separate the egg yolk from the egg white. Place the egg white in a small bowl and add the egg yolk to the cream cheese.
  3. Add sugar to the cream cheese and stir until combined.
  4. Lay a sheet of puff pastry on a greased baking sheet. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the pastry, leaving 1 inch around the edge clear.
  5. Press the blueberries into the cream cheese.
  6. Place second sheet of puff pastry on top, pressing around the edges to seal. Brush with egg white.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.
