English Toffee

  • 2/3 cup almonds
  • 1cup sugar
  • 1/2 pound butter
  • 6 Hershey Bars


  1. Bottom of a cookie sheet sprinkle nuts - cook butter and sugar on high until color of Heath bar. (Approx. 10 minutes) Stir in one direction with wooden spoon. Pour over nuts. Put the Hershey bars on top and spread until melted. Let cool, then break into pieces.
