Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients:

Dry

  • 2/3 cup wheat flour
  • 1/3 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup oat flour
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Wet

  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Mix wet and dry ingredients seperately.
  2. Fold wet mixture into dry mixture, stir until combined.
  3. Cook over medium heat flipping once.

Servings: 14 pancakes
