Bear Mush (Cream of Wheat)



  • 2 1/2 c. water
  • Dash of salt
  • 1/3 c. bear mush


  1. Bring salted water to a boil.
  2. Turn burner to low; add bear mush.
  3. Stir frequently and let thicken.

Servings: Makes 2 servings.
