Barbecue Chicken (Grilled)

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3/8 c. ketchup
  • 1/2 T. molasses
  • 1 t. avocado oil
  • 1 t. brown sugar or maple syrup
  • 1/2 t. red chili powder
  • 1/4 t. garlic powder
  • 1/4 t. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:

  1. Cut each chicken breast in 2-3 pieces; pound to flatten.
  2. In small bowl, combine all other ingredients; mix well.
  3. Divide sauce in half and coat the chicken pieces with half of sauce.
  4. Preheat grill on High for 5 minutes.
  5. Turn grill down to Medium.
  6. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes.
  7. Turn chicken and baste with remaining barbeque sauce; grill another 6-7 minutes.
