Barbecue Chicken (Grilled)
Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3/8 c. ketchup
- 1/2 T. molasses
- 1 t. avocado oil
- 1 t. brown sugar or maple syrup
- 1/2 t. red chili powder
- 1/4 t. garlic powder
- 1/4 t. Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
- Cut each chicken breast in 2-3 pieces; pound to flatten.
- In small bowl, combine all other ingredients; mix well.
- Divide sauce in half and coat the chicken pieces with half of sauce.
- Preheat grill on High for 5 minutes.
- Turn grill down to Medium.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes.
- Turn chicken and baste with remaining barbeque sauce; grill another 6-7 minutes.
