Breadsticks (Quick and Easy)



  • 1 T. yeast
  • 1 1/2 cups warm water
  • 2 T. sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 1/2 cups flour


  1. Preheat oven to 325°.
  2. Turn on mixer and add ingredients in the order listed. Mix for 3 minutes after flour is put in.
  3. Cover mixing bowl with towel for 10 minutes.
  4. Spread 1/4 cup of butter on bottom of 9x13 pan and put in oven for a couple of minutes to melt.
  5. Remove pan and then put dough (more or less a rectangle shape) into pan and then sprinkle with garlic salt.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Remove and cut into bread sticks.
