Directions:
- Cook beef and onion together in frying pan until browned. Drain.
- Stir in tomato sauce, garlic, and spices. Mix well.
- Spread 1/4 of meat sauce in crock pot.
- Arrange three lasagna noodles (broken) over sauce.
- Spoon 1/3 of cottage cheese over noodles.
- Combine the cheeses. Spoon 1/3 of mixture over noodles.
- Repeat layers twice.
- Top with remaining meat sauce.
- cover and cook on Low for 4 hours.
Note: If using a large crock pot, make two instead of three layers.
