Ingredients:
- 3 chicken breasts, baked and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 12 corn tortillas, fried in olive oil
- 1 c. Monterrey jack cheese, shredded
- Salsa
- Guacamole
- Lettuce, shredded
- Tomatoes, chopped
- Olives, sliced
- Sour cream
Directions:
- Put chicken into taco shells.
- Top with cheese.
- Bake for 5 minutes at 400º or until cheese is melted.
- Garnish with other ingredients.
