One Pot Chicken Dinner

Six Ingredients or Less by Carlean Johnson


  • 1 chicken, cut up or 4 chicken breast halves
  • 4 to 6 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • (I also add carrots, cut up)
  • Garlic salt
  • Paprika
  • Oregano
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine


  1. Place potatoes and carrots, in bottom of large casserole or dutch oven. Place chicken on top. Sprinkle chicken lightly with a little garlic salt, paprika, and oregano. Cut butter or margarine into small pieces and distribute over top. Cover and bake at 450* for 60 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
