Soy Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1 chicken cut up (I use chicken breasts)
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  •  

Directions:

  1. Place chicken in 9x13 baking dish.  Combine reamianing ingredients in small saucepan and place over low heat until butter is melted; stir to mix well. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes. Turn and bake 20 to 30 minutes or until done, basting occasionally. Serve some of the sauce with the chicken. Serve with rice and steamed broccoli.
