Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 pounds potatoes
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • salt & pepper
  •  

Directions:

  1. Peel potatoes
  2. soak in water
  3. cut into thin slices- soak in water
  4. grease 9" dish
  5. layer potatoes, butter, parmesan and salt & pepper
  6. repeat layers
  7. with a large pan crush down potatoes
  8. bake for 30 mins covered- then 30 mins uncovered @ 400*
