Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 pounds potatoes
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- salt & pepper

Directions:
- Peel potatoes
- soak in water
- cut into thin slices- soak in water
- grease 9" dish
- layer potatoes, butter, parmesan and salt & pepper
- repeat layers
- with a large pan crush down potatoes
- bake for 30 mins covered- then 30 mins uncovered @ 400*
