Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups milk (1/2 heavy cream)
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 2 TBS chopped dry onions (put in milk to soften)
  • 1 1/2 cups ham or bacon
  • 2 cups cheese

Directions:

Pastry for single pie crust-line pastry crust w/foil for 5 mins @450*- remove foil bake 5-7 mins more till nearly done-reduce heat to 325*

  1. Pour egg mixture into hot pastry shell
  2. Bake at 325* 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean
  3. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting
