Sloppy Joes

Ingredients:

  • 3 lb. hamburger
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. ketchup
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz) can tomato soup
  • 2 T. vinegar
  • 2 T. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 T. packed brown sugar
  •  

  • 12 hamburger buns

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet brown ground beef; drain fat.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and add chopped onion; cook until tender.
  3. Stir in ketchup, tomato soup, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and brown sugar.
  4. Simmer for about 30 minutes.
  5. Spoon into hamburger buns and serve.
