Apple Dip

Adapted from Angel Dickerson


  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. Skor English toffee bits (found in chocolate chip section of store)
  • 6 apples
  • 1 T. lemon juice

Note: Dip can be made ahead of time, but don't stir the toffee bits in until just before serving or they will get soggy.


  1. Beat cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth.
  2. Stir in toffee bits.
  3. Cut apples into wedges and toss with lemon juice.
