Granola (Almond Maple Honey)

Adapted from Grandma H's Kitchen


  • 1/2 c. coconut oil (liquefied)
  • 1/2 c. pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 1/4 c. warm water
  • 2 t. vanilla
  • 6 c. rolled oats (not quick)
  • 2 c. sliced almonds
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded coconut
  • Parchment paper


  1. Preheat oven to 250°.
  2. In large bowl, combine wet ingredients together.
  3. Stir dry ingredients into wet ones and mix thoroughly.
  4. Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper and put half of granola mixture on each cookie sheet.
  5. Put both pans in the oven and bake for 60-70 minutes, making sure to switch pans halfway through baking.  

Servings: Makes 2 cookie sheets.
