Jacques Chicken Enchiladas
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts
- Las Palmas green enchilada sauce
- 1/4 chopped onion
- 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese
Directions:
- Cook chicken.
- Shred chicken and mix chicken, onion and cheese in a bowl.
- Heat enchilada sauce, dip tortillas in sauce, and fill with chicken and cheese mix and then roll.
- Put a little sauce on the bottom of a 9x13 dish; pour remaining sauce over tortillas and top with more cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake 20-30 minutes at 350°-375°.
