Ingredients:
2-8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3/4 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. dried oregano
1 t. dried parsley
1/8 t. black pepper
1/2 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 t. hot pepper (Tabasco) sauce
1 c. pecans, finely chopped for rolling
Directions:
Place finely chopped pecans in a shallow dish and set aside.
In large bowl, mix the cream cheese until smooth.
Add cheddar cheese and mix until combined.
Sprinkle seasonings and sauces over mixture; thoroughly combine.
Lightly grease hands and form mixture either into 2 balls or 1 log.
Place in pecans and coat thoroughly.
Cover cheeseballs or log in plastic wrap until ready to serve.
Servings:
Makes 2 cheeseballs or 1 log
