Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg. spinach (thawed and drained)
  • 1 can artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
  • 1/4 c. romano cheese
  • 1/4 c. parmesan cheese
  • 8oz. cream cheese (soft)
  • 1/4 mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 tsp. basil
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 c. mozzarella cheese (for top)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350*
  2. Lightly grease small baking dish.
  3. In a medium bowl mix together cream cheese, mayo, parmesan and romano cheese, garlic, basil, garlic salt and salt and pepper. Gently stir in artichoke hearts and spinach.
  4. Put in baking dish then top with Mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake for 25 mins until bubbly and lightly browned.
