Muffins (1/2 Whole Wheat)

Ingredients:
1 egg
2 T. olive oil
1 T. butter, melted
2 t. vanilla
1 c. water
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. white flour
1/3 c. sugar
2 3/4 t. baking powder
1/4 t. salt
Directions:
Combine egg, oil, butter, vanilla and water; mix well.
Add flours, sugar, baking powder and salt; stir until just moistened.
Fill greased or lined muffin cups 2/3 full.
Bake in preheated 375º oven for 15-20 minutes.
Servings:
Makes 12 muffins.
