Ingredients:
Meatballs
1 1/2 lb. very lean hamburger
3/4 c. quick oats
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. milk
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
1 t. Worcestershire sauce
Sauce
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
2 t. mustard
1/2 c. barbeque sauce
2 t. Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
Meatballs
Combine all of the ingredients and mix well.
Form into 1 1/2" balls and place in a casserole dish.
Cover with sauce (below).
Bake at 350º for about 30 minutes.
Serve over rice.

Combine ingredients and blend thoroughly.
Heat in a small saucepan until combined and sugar is dissolved.
Servings:
Makes 36-40 meatballs.
