  1. Place eggs in pot.
  2. Pour water to almost cover eggs.
  3. Add salt.
  4. Cover pot; bring water to boil over high heat.
  5. Turn heat to medium; set timer for 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Pour out boiling water and fill pot with cold water.
  8. For easier removal of shells, set aside for 5-10 minutes before peeling.
