  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 2 c. chicken broth
  • 2 t. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 chicken breasts, roasted and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 heads broccoli, steamed


  1. Drain the broccoli. Layer the chicken and broccoli  in a 9x13 pan.
  2. Over medium heat, melt butter in large saucepan.
  3. Stir in flour and cook until bubbly.
  4. Add broth and Worcestershire sauce; continue to cook and stir until thickened.
  5. Add cheese; stir while melting.
  6. Add sour cream and stir just until mixed.
  7. Pour the sauce over the broccoli and chicken in the 9x13 pan.
  8. Sprinkle approximately 1 cup of cheese over top.
  9. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
  10. Serve over rice
