Ingredients:
2 c. cooked yams OR 1 large can yams, drained
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 t. salt
4 T. butter
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 t. vanilla
Topping
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1/3 stick butter
Directions:
Mix first seven ingredients in a blender.
Pour into a buttered dish.
In separate bowl, blend topping ingredients; put on top of yams.
Bake for 1 hour in preheated 325º oven.
Servings:
Makes 9x13-inch pan.
