Tomato Mozzarella Salad

Ingredients:
3 large tomatoes, sliced
8 oz. mozzarella cheese, sliced
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
1/4 c. fresh basil, minced
Directions:
On a large serving platter, alternate tomatoes and mozzarella slices.
In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the oil, salt and pepper; shake well.
Drizzle over tomatoes and mozzarella.
Sprinkle basil over tomatoes and mozzarella.
Servings:
Serves 6.
