Hot Fudge Sauce

Adapted from Ilene Kesler's Kitchen
 

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 c. heavy cream or evaporated milk
  • 2/3 c. bittersweet or semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/6 c. maple syrup or sugar
  • 1 t. butter
  • 1/2 t. vanilla

Directions:

  1. Heat cream, chocolate chips and maple syrup in saucepan over medium low heat, stirring constantly until chips are melted and all ingredients are blended together.
  2. Remove from heat; stir in butter and vanilla.
  3. Serve warm.
  4. Refrigerate any remaining sauce.

Servings: Makes 1 cup or serves 10
