Brett's Morning Shake

 

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 c. orange juice (optional)
  • 1/2 c. rice milk
  • 1 banana
  • 2 T. peanut butter
  • 1/4 c. quick oats
  • 4 small scoops vanilla ice cream

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients into blender.
  2. Blend well.

Servings: Makes 1 shake.
