Directions:
- In electric mixer, dissolve yeast, salt, and sugar in warm water. When yeast bubbles, add powdered milk, and using whip attachment, mix until milk is dissolved.
- Change to dough hook. Turn the mixer on Low and add oil and then the flours, 1/2 c. at a time. Beat until smooth, soft and elastic, but not sticky.
- Cover dough with kitchen towel and let rise 1 hour or until doubled.
- Turn on mixer to punch dough down, then cover and let rise again for 1 hour or until doubled.
- Remove dough from mixer; form into 2 loaves and put in greased bread pans. Cover and let rise until doubled.
- Bake in preheated 350º oven for 33 minutes, or until golden brown. Turn out hot bread immediately onto rack.
