Ingredients:

  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 3 T. tapioca
  • 2 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 1 t. vanilla

Directions:

For stove top:

  1. Mix sugar, tapioca, milk and egg in saucepan.
  2. Let stand 5 minutes.
  3. Stirring constantly, cook over medium heat until mixture comes to full boil.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
  5. Cool before serving.

Servings: Makes 6 servings.
